Gritt is a modern take on the development of New Zealand youth, providing an organic connection with the outdoors and the pathways available.

We offer mentoring, coaching and ancillary support to upcoming and established athletes, and those who experience financial barriers when accessing the outdoors.

2025 Impact:

300+ participants, 10 events, 6 grants, 2 mentoring programs.
